The higher women rise in their careers, the fewer places exist where they can talk honestly about work. The stakes are higher. The rooms are smaller. The conversations are more guarded. Questions about power, visibility, leadership, money and what’s next often stay unspoken.
And the broader landscape women are navigating right now is certainly not neutral. The gender pay gap in the U.S. is widening again. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of women have been leaving the workforce, reversing gains that took decades to build. Add in escalating debates over women’s autonomy, shrinking workplace flexibility, and the persistent reality that women still carry the majority of caregiving responsibilities - and it’s clear the playing field isn’t leveling out anytime soon.
Women cannot afford to navigate this alone.
