COMMUNITY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER.
This was the driving force for The PNW Kitchen Table, the community I built for women in the PNW. We were focused on turning ideas into plans and plans into action, saying the real stuff, getting real answers, and making real moves. Smart women showed up as they were and gained the clarity, courage and community to be seen, celebrated, and supported in their ambition.
But after a year, it was clear that something else was needed.
These women wanted more in-person connection.
Fewer, more impactful engagements.
And way less time exploring the platform we were built on.
So I’m going back to the drawing board.
Maybe there’s another community in the works.
Maybe there’s a dinner series that I can get off the ground.
Maybe (probably definitely) there’s an ongoing monthly coffee connection.
